ABSTRACT

Cervical and other anogenital malignancies are mostly caused by the human papilloma virus, or HPV. The prevalence of HPV-related illnesses has dramatically decreased globally as a result of preventative vaccination. This paper provides an in-depth overview of the HPV vaccine, including its mechanism of action, indications, dosing, safety profile, global availability, manufacturers, and cost-effectiveness.
